UPDATE 02/25: I must admit that since Jeff, the new community manager, got in charge of the roach situation and did full inspection of the apt complex, as well as requested a change of the pest control person, things finally got better. I rarely see a roach in my unit anymore. We appreciate living in decent conditions now, please keep up the good work. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Trust me, at first they promise biweekly “basic pest control”. They will come in once and never come back, this is the third time I request for pest control to spray my apartment and still nothing. Now I will have to pay for pest control out of pocket , and it might not even work because the full complex has a major roach infestation. It’s really frustrating. I trusted them, I even recommended them to the UNCW off-housing student services at first, but I completely TAKE IT BACK. There is not a single day in which we don’t deeply clean this apartment, but the bugs still come in even from the A/C vents. Cockroaches are a health hazard not only because of the risks posed by cockroach antigens to asthma sufferers (my husband suffers from asthma), but also because they can carry disease-causing germs. This is no way to live :(.

Greg, one of the maintenance employees, is an amazing person, is always friendly and my dog has even taken akin to him, and he showed her attention and love, Greg always has a smile on my face and treats me as more than a tenant but as a friend.

Dallas is a very warm person who made us feel welcome and made time to show us the apartments we are interested in. We hope to live here.

Had a few minor issues and but got fixed immediately by Gary, professional, kind, and fast as hell!

Taylor did an excellent and efficient job on the hvac , very professional, and solved the problem in great timing , great job ! Thank you !

Taylor Caulder, Maintenance Supervisor, helped replace metal panels on my patio ceiling because they had rusted through and when it rains poured onto my patio furniture. He took care of my patio and appreciate the excellent work he did.

This is truly one of the best properties I have ever lived at. I moved in about a month ago. Any issue that I’ve had is immediately taken care of. The staff are great. The grounds are kept up nice there’s no pet waste. There’s a really nice pool and a dog park. Absolutely would recommend.

This place has been just a wonderful surprise for me and my elderly dog (we love walking around the pond) several years now, we are very happy. They fix stuff within a day or two when you report it, in fact we just got a new refrigerator after they competently tried to fix it multiple times. The maintenance people have been stellar, most recently Scott in particular was very professional personable AND best of all competent, also he was great to my dog Jane hahaha

Scott responded quickly to my request and did a great job replacing the dishwasher.
