Taylor Caulder, Maintenance Supervisor, helped replace metal panels on my patio ceiling because they had rusted through and when it rains poured onto my patio furniture. He took care of my patio and appreciate the excellent work he did.

This is truly one of the best properties I have ever lived at. I moved in about a month ago. Any issue that I’ve had is immediately taken care of. The staff are great. The grounds are kept up nice there’s no pet waste. There’s a really nice pool and a dog park. Absolutely would recommend.

This place has been just a wonderful surprise for me and my elderly dog (we love walking around the pond) several years now, we are very happy. They fix stuff within a day or two when you report it, in fact we just got a new refrigerator after they competently tried to fix it multiple times. The maintenance people have been stellar, most recently Scott in particular was very professional personable AND best of all competent, also he was great to my dog Jane hahaha

Scott responded quickly to my request and did a great job replacing the dishwasher.
